The Akashic Records are often described as a cosmic library, and that’s exactly how they appear to me.

When I speak the opening prayer, it’s as if a doorway opens, and endless shelves unfold into view: row after row of living knowledge, each “book” carrying the energetic imprint of a soul’s story. In some ways it reminds me of the library from Harry Potter...vast, ancient, and quietly alive...except what rests here isn’t fiction. It’s truth based on memory and divine design.

But more than anything, the Records feel like a temple; a holy space of remembrance, healing, and alignment. And when you step into them intentionally, you don’t just receive insight…you receive activation.

So what are the Akashic Records, and how can you prepare for a reading with me so you can get the most out of the experience? Let’s walk through it together.

What Are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are a metaphysical archive (aka transcending space and time) that holds the energetic record of every thought, action, experience, and event that has ever occurred across time and space. The word Akasha comes from Sanskrit and translates to “ether” or “spirit” which is the subtle realm where energy and information live beyond physical form. So the "Akashic Records" literally translate to a record written on the veils on the spiritual realm.

Within this ethereal dimension, it’s believed that the Records contain:

• the story of your soul’s evolution

• the themes you’re here to master

• the patterns you’re repeating (and why)

• the lessons you’ve carried forward

• the gifts you were born remembering

• and the highest potentials available to you

This isn’t a place where you’re judged, but rather a place where you’re seen.

Who Guards the Records?

The Records are safeguarded by a collective of nonphysical Light Beings often referred to as the Lords of the Records. These beings ensure the integrity and protection of the Records. They govern what is accessible, what is revealed, and what is withheld; not as punishment, but as wisdom. The Records reveal what your nervous system, soul, and timeline are ready to receive.

They also work in collaboration with the Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones, who act as intermediaries by helping translate divine information into something tangible, useful, and relevant to your life on Earth.

Think of it like this: you’re not stepping into chaos. You’re stepping into order. You’re being guided through a space that has structure, intelligence, and spiritual authority, without worry of deception.

The Akashic Records and Sacred Text: “The Book of Life”

Throughout history, many traditions have referenced a divine record of reality, most notably in the Bible. You may have heard of the “Book of Life,” which is described as a record of souls and destinies. And in Psalm 139, David speaks of God writing down the entire blueprint of life, even the parts that have not yet unfolded. To me, this matters deeply because it confirms something many of us have always felt: that nothing about your life is random. That there is meaning woven into your story. And that Heaven keeps record, not to control you, but to guide you home.

The most important part of an Akashic Records reading is coming prepared with questions.

Unlike some intuitive readings that offer open-ended guidance, the Akashic Records are so expansive that they respond best when you approach them with intention and direction.

In other words: the Records are infinite. Your questions are the doorway.

Step One: Set Your Intention

Before your session, take a moment to ask yourself:

What do I truly want to know right now? What feels stuck, confusing, painful, or unclear? What am I ready to understand and finally move through? Then write your questions down.

A clear intention acts like a lighthouse. It helps direct the flow of the session toward the answers that will serve you most. “What blocks are preventing me from stepping into my career path?”

“What do I need to release to align with my next level?”

Instead of:

“When will I meet my life partner?”

Try: “What is preventing me from receiving the love I desire?”

“What patterns am I repeating in relationships, and why?”

“How can I become emotionally available for the partnership meant for me?”

Some of my favorite supportive questions include:

• What is my life purpose?

• What is my greatest limitation right now and how do I overcome it?

• What karmic lesson am I being asked to master in this season?

• Is there anything I haven’t asked that you want me to know?

That final question is powerful because it leaves room for divine surprise.

What Happens During the Reading

When we begin, I'll write down the names you wish for me to use to enter the records and we will go over your questions to make sure they're streamlined for the Records. Then I will speak the opening prayer to officially open your Records.

During your reading, I will access your Records (and only yours) and I’ll share what comes through as clearly and accurately as possible.

Messages may arrive as:

• or direct spiritual knowing
